schedule an appointment as convenient to your

When scheduling the first appointment for your child
at our clinic, you will be asked to provide some
necessary information such as your child's medical
history, diet and allergies. The information you
provide will allow us to best prepare for your child's
appointment.
We respect your time and will make every effort to
maintain our appointment schedule. In return, we
ask that you are on time for your appointment.
